Thank you for shopping with Glitchy Monkey. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, produced, and delivered.
We work with Printify and their network of print providers to produce and ship our T‑shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. All items are made to order.
By placing an order on https://www.glitchymonkey.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing & Production Times
All products are made to order.

Average processing & production time: 5–7 business days from the date you place your order.
During peak periods (e.g. holidays, major sales), production may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location and the specific product/print provider.
Typical estimated shipping time (after production is complete):

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, item type, and quantity.

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
Note: Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.

If your country is not available at checkout, we may not be able to ship there at this time.
4. Printify & Multiple Fulfillment Locations
We use Printify to fulfill orders. This means:

Your items may be produced by different print providers in various countries (e.g. UK, EU, US).

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

The return address on the package will typically be that of the specific Printify print provider, not Glitchy Monkey’s registered office.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the tracking link.

Some destinations or shipping methods may offer limited or no tracking.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@glitchymonkey.com with your order number.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your shipping destination, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

You are responsible for any such additional charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

Customs policies vary widely; please check with your local customs office for more information.
Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed. In such cases, we may not be able to offer a refund, or we may deduct associated costs from any refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@glitchymonkey.com with your order number and the correct address.

We cannot guarantee that we can update the address once an order has gone into production or has shipped.
If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you:

We may ask you to cover the cost of re‑shipping to the correct address.

Refunds may not be available in such cases.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Delayed packages

Shipping times (7–14 days) are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows the package as in transit for an unusually long time (e.g. more than 30 days):

Please contact the carrier and/or your local post office first, and
-
Then contact us at info@glitchymonkey.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will work with Printify and the print provider to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other solution.
Marked as delivered but not received
If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

First check with household members, neighbours, building management, or your local post office.

If it still cannot be found, contact us at info@glitchymonkey.com.
In such cases, replacements may be handled case by case. We cannot guarantee free replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item/print:

Contact us at info@glitchymonkey.com within 7–14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will work with Printify to verify the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
10. Returns & Exchanges Due to Shipping Issues
For details on returns, size exchanges, or change‑of‑mind orders, please see our Returns/Refund Policy.
For issues specifically related to shipping damage, misprints, or incorrect items, we will generally:

Offer a replacement at no cost where the issue is confirmed; or

Offer a refund if a replacement is not possible.
We do not typically accept returns or exchanges due to normal carrier delays that are outside our control.
11. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order and can go into production quickly:

We can only guarantee changes or cancellations if requested within [X hours] of placing the order (e.g. 2–4 hours – choose your window).

After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@glitchymonkey.com with your order number and the requested change.
